Today, Nathan leads Global Sourcing Partners with a focus on sales strategy, client relationships, and direct factory partnerships. He helps major retailers simplify sourcing and improve product development.

Shep O’Neal

Partner, Director of Business Development

Shep O’Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, building a strong foundation in finance, management, and international business. After graduation, he moved to Colorado to work as a professional ski coach, honing leadership and communication skills while teaching all ages.

He later transitioned into commercial real estate in Nashville, gaining experience in client relations, financial forecasting, and property management. Now in Texas, Shep serves as Partner and Director of Business Development at Global Sourcing Partners, LLC, where he connects leading U.S. retailers with international manufacturers, focusing on product development, market analysis, trend insights, and long-term partnerships that deliver value across the retail landscape.
